1. Items NOT sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery are not guaranteed to arrive by the ESTIMATED delivery date – Royal Mail won’t consider an item lost until 10 working days have passed – therefore you agree to wait 10 working days after posting before we can offer a refund or replacement.
2. Items send via Royal Mail Special delivery are Guaranteed by ROYAL MAIL to arrive the next day after dispatch – in the event Royal Mail fail to deliver within the timeframe we can offer a refund on the postage ONLY.
3. International items are sent without Custom, Handling Charges or Duty paid, the UK Vat will be deducted at checkout and its it the buyers responsibility to pay all import charges. Any item ‘returned to sender’ , ‘refused’, ‘Charges Not paid’ or any other reason will be refunded upon receipt of the return – the initial shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded.
4. Items not to be used with Excess force – everything has there limits and overtightened / seized bolts will result in failure of the tool. Any damaged caused by excess force is at buyers risk.
5. Items not to be used on damaged / rounded locking nuts – Using these tools on damaged locking nuts will cause the new key to round off and be damaged – its the buyers responsibility to asses the condition of the nuts they intend to use the tool on and if there s any sign of wear they should seek to have the nut professionally removed by a garage. – No refunds will be given for damage keys / tools from incorrect use.
6. For professional use only – only a trained and component persons should attempt to use any items we sell.
7. Its the end user is responsibility to check compatibility of any item purchased – Images may vary slightly in design, colour or sizes and all description / images should be used as a guide only.
8. No Power tools to be used – Power tools can deliver a huge amount of force, as such can instantly damage any tool we sell, Its the buyers responsibility to make sure no power tools are used when using these tools / Keys
9. No Long Bars or Breaker Bars to be used. – Simple physics dictates that a longer bar / extension bar massively increases the amount or torque put on the tool making it easy to apply a massive amount of force – No refunds will be given for damaged tools where excess force has been used.
10. Incorrect items maybe returned for a refund if unused and in new resalable condition – no refund will be given for the initial shipping cost if key is ordered by mistake. Where free shipping has been provided a deduction for the initial shipping will be made (£4.99 for UK delivery, £13.50 + any received import charges for outside UK delivery)
Items returned used will not be refunded.
