In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days to return the goods to us.
Please keep in mind that any item sent for a full refund must be delivered in unused or unworn and in the same condition as you received it. – No refund or exchange will be given for used / damaged items
In the event you receive an item broken or damaged, then you will be given a full refund or we’re happy to exchange the item, dependent on what you are likely to prefer.
Where an item has arrived damaged, we will cover the cost of returning the item.
Incorrect items maybe returned for a refund if unused and in new resalable condition – no refund will be given for the initial shipping cost if key is ordered by mistake. Where free shipping has been provided a deduction for the initial shipping will be made (£4.99 for UK delivery, £13.50 + any received import charges for outside UK delivery)
Items returned used or damaged will not be refunded.
Where an item is no longer required, or incorrect item has been ordered, it is the customer who is responsible for return shipping fees and we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package, so we recommend using tracking numbers to insure your package is returned to us.
Any item that has been ‘returned to sender’ , ‘refused’, ‘Charges Not paid’ or any other reason will be refunded upon receipt of the return – the initial shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded.
Please include your order reference from your invoice when returning an item.
