United Kingdom Shipping
- We ship orders from the United Kingdom.
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
- Delivery is provided via Royal Mail.
- Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before payment.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Items sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery are guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive the next working day after dispatch for orders placed before 3pm (Monday–Friday).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
International Shipping
- International shipping is available where offered at checkout.
- Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout.
- UK VAT is deducted at checkout for eligible international orders.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Orders returned due to unpaid customs charges will be refunded upon receipt, excluding the original shipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Items
- Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until 10 working days after dispatch.
- Refunds or replacements can only be processed after this period has passed.
Returns and Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was made by us.
- Where free shipping has been provided, the original shipping cost may be deducted from any refund.
